Dignity Down Under (DDU) is a business we believe in, but unfortunately as a secondary business we have realised we have overextended our capability in successfully managing and growing multiple businesses simultaneously.
Initially this manifested as a long hiatus when DDU was simply not operating, but it’s a real waste for a business that is both profitable and meeting a need for premium, tested and reliable assistance products at low prices.
As a result we do not wish to wind the business down, but ideally want to move it on as a complete functioning package, at a price that is lower than it would cost to purchase all of the stock independently, whilst giving you the ability to immediately start operating.
If you are interested in purchasing DDU, this is what you can expect if you get in contact with us:
- Ownership of the online shop, all related files for the website itself (no ongoing costs*)
- Ownership of the domains ddu.nz, and dignitydownunder.co.nz (annual domain registration fees of around $60 per year)
- A Facebook business page for DDU
- A TradeMe account with automated product push from the website, and orders returned
- The related email addresses ([email protected] and an alias from [email protected]) (no ongoing costs*)
- All stock owned by the business as shown on the website (RRP > $300,000), for you to transfer to your own storage (no ongoing costs)
- No debts
- All logins and passwords related to the business
- Six months of free hosting for the online shop, domains and email (so you have time to transfer them to your own hosting providers, we can assist with the transfers)
- Very low overheads
* The online shop and email hosting is hosted on our own servers, and carries no costs to us for the business, however we won’t host these for you indefinitely. We are happy to continue hosting them for up to six months at no charge on a best effort basis, after which they will carry a monthly hosting charge of $300 / month, we are available to assist with the transfers to another hosting provider.
